Every part of the Inofia mattress has been carefully designed, to be well thought out. From the 7-Zone ergonomic support base to the natural rubber latex and quilted removable cover.
The Inofia Mattress comes with a 10 Year limited warranty. Make sure to register online within 14 days of purchase.
Inofia’s mattresses are CertiPUR-US certified, meaning all our foams meet the following health and environmental standards:

If you would like to return your Inofia mattress, please contact us on support@inofia.co.za . You will receive a refund within 7 days, If under the trail period and conditions are met refer to the trail page.
After you receive your Inofia Mattress, you can sleep on it for up to 100 nights before you decide whether or not you love it. If you’re not completely satisfied, please contact us on support@inofia.co.za and we will refund your money, in full.
We do know that while the Inofia Mattress is good to go from the start, an adjustment period can be needed for some people which is why we require you to try the mattress for at least 30 nights.

Inofia provides FREE shipping on all products.
You could compare getting used to your new mattress to the same process as getting used to new shoes. The mattress you previously owned had time to adapt to your body shape and soften. When you sleep on a new mattress, it is possible you may feel a slight discomfort at first, and that is why we recommend trying your mattress for at least 30 days before considering a return.
A layer of convoluted Foam is placed on the bottom of the normal memory foam to allow freedom of movement during the night; it doesn’t restrict your movement. And, when you do move, you’re unlikely to disturb your partner. because this mattress is good at absorbing movement.

About Inofia Mattress Topper
The Inofia topper cover is completely machine washable with the following care instructions:
You may wash with COLD water and regular detergent.
DO NOT BLEACH,
DRY ON LOW HEAT OR AIR DRY,
DO NOT IRON
During the first 100 nights the trail applies, if you are not totally satisfied you may return the mattress to us for a full refund, however we recommend a breaking in period of 60 nights. look under the 100 night trial.
Only mattresses purchased from www.inofia.co.za will qualify for the 100 night trial
Note: Returns under the trial period will be at the cost to the customer, this is to prevent abuse and maintain the trial offering.
Yes, there is a 10-year limited warranty against structural and craftsmanship Defects.
Pro Rata Calculation – Purchase Price / 10 years = x

This will provide you a replacement or repair cost.

Shipping & Return
Your Inofia mattress is rolled, vacuum-packed and then shipped directly from us to your doorstep. All Inofia mattresses are brand-new and waiting to be delivered to you. After placing your order, you will receive a delivery confirmation via e-mail then a second email with tracking details.
Delivery takes 3 -7 working days within South Africa and 5 -10 working days to other countries across the African continent.
