No, it doesn’t. We want you to have the best sleep possible and that should not include sleeping on noisy plastic. The Inofia mattress is vacuum sealed in plastic and roll packed for delivery to your home. Upon receiving your new Inofia mattress, carefully remove the plastic wrap using our handy cutting tool included in your Welcome-package. A guideline for how to properly unwrap your Inofia is provided in your package as well. Within a few minutes, your mattress will magically self-inflate and will be ready for you to sleep on.

Inofia South Africa also offers you the chance to get used to your mattress and decide if it’s the perfect fit for you.
Since it takes time to adjust to a new mattress, Inofia will let you try out the mattress for up to 100 nights and return it with a full refund if you aren’t satisfied.
T’s and C’s for the 100 Night Guarantee: The trial period for the guarantee extends to the original purchaser and proof of purchase must be provided.The guarantee will be nullified if:
- The product is found in an unsanitary /stained/burnt/torn or dirty condition.
- The product has been abused or damaged in any way.
- An inappropriate foundation has been used.
- If the product was not registered for a warranty within 14 days upon delivery.
The guarantee does not constitute or represent an insurance for the mattress that covers the purchaser in the event of damage or wear.The 100 Night Guarantee assist customers in trying out the mattress. As such, were commend that the customer uses the mattress for at least 60 days to account for natural adjustment to the mattress.
Return of mattress to our KZN warehouse will be at the customers cost.
