Worst Customer Service & Even Worse Mattress

One of the WORST sleeps I have ever had. Firstly, the foam is such bad quality that it didnt take shape properly when unpacked. After 7 days with it still being in a “U” shape so that my head was lower than my shoulders, high on the back and low on the feet, I contacted customer service who took 2 days to get back to me and who then informed me that I have to sleep on the disfigured mattress for 30 days before their 100 day “hassle free” return policy kicks in, not only that but they do not collect the mattress, the customer has to pay and arrange to ship it back which feels like a costly hassle to me! Its been another week since talking to customer service and still I am stuck with this terrible mattress! At first I thought this business was probably a scam, even still I’m not sure! I’m still awaiting customer service to get back to me…
